The Douglas Watson Studio takes great pride in being internationally known for creating beautiful hand-made and hand-decorated tiles. We enjoy working with clients, interior designers, producers and the like, to allow our tiles to be featured in magazines, on television and on the internet. From providing Delft tiles for a set design, to teaching a television presenter how our tiles are made, we relish working with others to spread our passion for tiles.

Craft It Yourself - Bench, Chandelier & Cuban Style

The Channel 4 film crew came to visit us at the studio, to see how we hand-make and hand-paint our tiles. Ant Anstead took part in painting a Cuban themed tile, to go round a fireplace in a renovated dining room.

The Miniaturist

An eclectic mix of our stunning Delft tiles were used around the fireplace in the BBC 1 production of The Miniaturist, shown on Boxing Day 2017.
